Elan Shou, Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Ruder Finn Greater China has been named PR Agency Head of the Year at this year’s PRWeek Awards Asia. Named one of China’s “Women to Watch” by AdAge, Elan was promoted to Managing Director of Ruder Finn China offices in 2011. Since taking leadership of Ruder Finn China, Elan has helped Ruder Finn expand its reach throughout the region, growing RF Innovation Studios (RFI)I in Beijing and expanding sister agency, Thunder, with new offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, as well as forming strategic partnerships in northern and central China. Her stellar leadership has led Ruder Finn China to consistently bring in double-digit growth year-on-year, be named PRWeek’s 2015 Greater China PR Consultancy of the Year, and be ranked the #1 PR firm in China for “Client Performance,” “Breakthrough Thinking,” “Campaign Effectiveness” and “Contribution to Client Business Growth” by client-side marketers.

Anne Geronimi, the General Manager of Ruder Finn Hong Kong, was also named a finalist for this award. After building the Ruder Finn China Luxury Practice to a 35-person award-winning team, Anne took over Ruder Finn Hong Kong operations in January 2015, growing the office from a small team to a group of 25 people, creating award-winning campaigns for a very impressive client list.
