We understand the dynamics of a crisis and provide solutions to mitigate and manage reputational risk. In 2015, we launched SONAR, a proprietary multi-language, multi-market, multi-channel social media crisis simulation platform that allows clients to experience a fast-de- veloping social media issue in real time. Our analyses and recommendations are based on experience with a range of crises and we partner with clients until their situation is resolved. Our engagement with social media platforms allows us to put reputational assets in place in ad- vance and activate them within minutes. Our digital capacity is augmented by traditional media and crisis management practices, imple- mented by experienced managers. Often, we work directly with media and become the interface for our clients, while providing the support they need to focus on critical issues in stressful times.
