Gao Ming, who joined Ruder Finn in 2005, has been instrumental in growing Ruder Finn luxury team to a formidable practice with more than 70 professionals which has achieved many firsts in the industry. It is one of the largest and most respected luxury practices in the region’s PR industry. With its long-term experience, expertise and in-depth industry insight, the national team serves a wide range of clients encompassing fashion, beauty, watch & jewellery, wine & spirits, airlines, and premium lifestyle. As an experienced crisis and issues management specialist, Gao Ming has also successfully guided clients through many crisis and issues communications projects, ranging from downsizing to market pullout, from consumer complaint to product recall, from trademark dispute to litigation support. Tony joined Ruder Finn as Deputy General Manager, Shanghai early this year and very quickly demonstrated his outstanding business acumen and team leadership. Tony brings more than 19 years PR and media experience to Ruder Finn, providing strategic counsel and communication solutions to clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, finance and consumer. He is also an expert in supporting clients during periods of issues & crises such as product recalls, labor disputes and industrial accidents. Prior to joining Ruder Finn, Tony was with Hill + Knowlton for eleven years, leading corporate, technology, financial communication, healthcare and digital practices in Shanghai. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Fudan University and a Masters in Media and Communications Regulations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Grace joined Ruder Finn in 2003 as the leader of the South China Healthcare practice. With more than a decade experience in the PR industry, Grace provides strategic and comprehensive perspectives in corporate and marketing communications. Through Grace’s leadership skills and professionalism the Guangzhou office has strengthened its position as one of the leading PR agencies in South China. Grace has also played a major role in developing a key crisis preparedness system, crisis training, crisis manual and spokesperson training for many clients. From 2010 to 2014, with her expertise in C-Suite profiling, she led her team successfully in planning and executing major C-Suite visits to China. Prior to joining Ruder Finn, Grace was with Shunya Consulting, managing integrated PR campaigns for a number of mobile, healthcare and infant formula brands, where she gathered her initial experience in issue and crisis management.
