66th CFA Institute Annual Conference in Singapore

For the first time ever, CFA Institute, the renowned and highly reputable global association of investment professionals, held their annual conference in Singapore. The Institute’s forum is one of the investment industry’s largest and longest-running educational gatherings of investment professionals. This flagship event saw top economists, legendary investors, well-known investment authors, governmental leaders and other experts, share insights on the current, most critical investment issues, examine market trends and deliver practical investment advice. Ruder Finn built up and sustained media momentum up to and during the event and profiled CFA’s senior executives, members and its leadership’s views in the media on relevant topics. Media training for key spokespersons was conducted and a media luncheon was organized six months in advance to informally introduce them. Bloomberg TV was secured as a broadcast partner; notable speakers such as Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Nobel Laureate Thomas Sargent were also secured for event coverage and one-on-one interviews.
