LOUISE HARRIS
President & Managing Director, Asia Pacific
Louise has over twenty years experience in corporate, marketing and brand communications in Europe and Asia, and has worked in the Asia region for the past fifteen years. She has led numerous campaigns for organizations in the private and public sector, including corporate reputation, brand positioning and issues and crisis management. Her industry experience spans airlines, consumer products, ethical pharmaceuticals, financial services, automotive, engineering, telecoms, technology and luxury brands.
Recent experience includes working with Citigroup across the Asia Pacific region to leverage their 100-year anniversary in Asia in 2002 through an integrated marketing campaign, which was mobilized across 12 countries and all business divisions. The campaign garnered two awards at the Asian PR Week awards in 2002, and two Golden World Awards in 2003 from the International Public Relations Association, including a special award for extraordinary excellence in evaluation.
She also manages the Asia Pacific Communications for Novartis, which includes issues management and public affairs for their oncology division and was involved in the successful global roll-out of their innovative cancer therapy, Glivec. In addition, she has worked with Novartis in collaboration with the Singapore Economic Development Board for the launch of the Novartis Institute for Tropical Diseases as well as global drug donation programmes in Asia.
Louise has a Diploma in Communications, Advertising and Marketing from the London College of Distributive Trades.

JEAN-MICHEL DUMONT
Executive Vice President & Managing Director, North Asia
In 2006, Jean-Michel Dumont will mark his 20th year in Greater China, and his expertise has helped Ruder Finn to become one of the top 5 international PR agencies in the market and a recognized leader in several areas, including automotive, healthcare and corporate programs.
To provide counsel on crisis issues, Mr. Dumont draws on his knowledge and experience from many different types of campaigns for a broad spectrum of clients. In the arena of corporate communication and public affairs, he led accounts that included the Finnish Foreign Trade Association and the France' 97 Hi-Tech Exhibition, and was involved with the Beijing 2000 Olympic Bid Committee and Beijing government communication support during the SARS period.
He also has been involved in positioning and product launches for global clients, including Mars Inc., Danone and Procter & Gamble, as well as the recent repositioning of Audi in the Chinese market. His lengthy experience in Asia gives Mr. Dumont a thorough understanding of how to create and implement image-building programs throughout the region.
Mr. Dumont joined Ruder Finn after more than 12 years with Edelman China. A native of France, he is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Mandarin, Italian and Indonesian.

CYRUS QIAO
General Manager, Ruder Finn Beijing
Cyrus Qiao is now the General Manager of Ruder Finn Beijing since Aug of 2007. He joined Ruder Finn in January of 2003 to serve premium consumer brands bringing his expertise on communications for Audi, a respectable and premium auto brand, and other premium consumer brands, such as Cartier, Hermes, etc. And in 2006 he led the win of the pitch of Li Ning, the largest local sports brand in China. He provides to the clients with consulting services on integrated marketing communications from strategic planning, brand building, industrial research, supervision of the execution, media programs, marketing events, etc.
Cyrus has more than 17 years of experience in public relations and public affairs working both in the private and government sector. Prior to joining Ruder Finn, Cyrus worked in Ogilvy PR for more than 3 and half years. He was responsible for communications of IBM Software and its partners. In Ogilvy, he also worked for several other clients on corporate communications and co-worked with the Ogilvy Advertising team to work out integrated marketing communications strategy for the clients.
From 1995-1998, Cyrus also worked as an associate for the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress, at where he got substantial experience with government procedure and structure, and built close relations with some of the government organizations.
Cyrus got his Bachelor degree of English Language in the Nankai University in 1990 and Master degree of Law in the State University of Hokkaido of Japan in 1998.

HOPE EWING
Vice President & Managing Director, South Asia
Hope Ewing is vice president and managing director, Ruder Finn Hong Kong and Singapore, where she works with teams across the region and the globe to develop and implement strategic communications plans to address a wide variety of marketing, corporate, government and public affairs needs. Her expertise includes strategic counsel, promotional campaigns, corporate social responsibility programs, media and presentation skills training, crisis and issues management and marketing and business planning for corporate and product-focused clients.
In her more than 14 years in the public relations and communication industry, Hope has worked for a range of range of leading corporate, pharmaceutical, financial, technology and government clients. Key clients include: Bayer, Chevron, Dubai International Financial Centre, ES Cell International, GSK, GSM Association, Hewlett-Packard, Johnson & Johnson, Kellogg's, MSD, Merrill Lynch, Motorola, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche Diagnostics, Singapore Economic Development Board, Singapore Tourism Board, and the United Nations Environment Programme.
Hope has been in the Asia Pacific region since 1997, and in that time she has lived and worked in Australia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong and Singapore. She has a bachelor's degree with dual majors in management and marketing and a minor in journalism from New York University.
